Broodwing Guide is run by one editor and answers mail at wuzhihun_shen@outlook.com. This page explains what to send, what happens to it, and what this site cannot help with.
What to send
| You want to... | Send | Include |
|---|---|---|
| Correct a fact | A short note with the page URL | The wrong sentence and the right one, plus a source link |
| Report a broken page | The URL and what you saw | A screenshot helps |
| Send a screenshot | The file or a link | Where you took it (server, date) |
| Request a takedown | The URL and the reason | Who you are and your relationship to the material |
| Suggest a page | The question you want answered | Why the existing pages do not cover it |
A source link is the difference between a correction that lands the same day and one that waits. Roblox game pages, the store, and the group announcements are all checkable; a screenshot of a chat message is not.
What happens after you send
Mail is read in the morning, China time. Factual corrections with a source usually go up the same day, and the page's "Checked" date changes with them. Anything that needs a screenshot or a second source waits until it has one.
If you are reporting a bug in the game itself, this site cannot help: it is not run by Realistics Studios, and it has no channel into the studio. Roblox support and the game's own group page are the routes for that.
What this site cannot do
- Recover an account or Robux. That is Roblox support, not a fan site.
- Give you codes. Broodwing has published none, and inventing them would be worse than useless.
- Confirm anything about a future update. The site only records what has shipped.
- Remove official screenshots on request from players. Takedown requests need to come from the rights holder.
About the email address
The address above is the only contact channel. There is no official Broodwing Discord, and this site does not run a community server. If someone contacts you claiming to represent this site from another address, it is not us.
For the state of the game, the release timeline is updated first. For everything the site covers, the index is the map.
