Game passes: all six, with prices
Five passes are priced: Leucistic Bald Eagle 450 R$, Melanistic and Leucistic Barn Owl 350 R$ each, Melanistic and Leucistic Duck 250 R$ each. Black Swan exists but the Roblox page shows no price.
Broodwing has six game passes, and five of them carry a price. That is the whole paid layer of the game: no subscription, no battle pass, no loot box. This page is the full list with prices, release dates and what each one actually adds, read from the Roblox game-passes API on 2026-11-01.
All six passes, checked 2026-11-01
| Pass | Price (R$) | Released | What it adds | Also works in |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Leucistic Bald Eagle | 450 | 2026-10-21 | The white-plumaged bald eagle | Village Survival |
| Melanistic Barn Owl | 350 | 2026-10-28 | The dark-plumaged barn owl | — |
| Leucistic Barn Owl | 350 | 2026-10-28 | The white-plumaged barn owl | — |
| Melanistic Duck | 250 | 2026-10-24 | The dark-plumaged duck | — |
| Leucistic Duck | 250 | 2026-10-24 | The white-plumaged duck | — |
| Black Swan | not shown | 2026-10-31 | The black swan | — |
The Black Swan entry is the one that needs a note: the pass exists on the Roblox page and appears in the API, but the price field is empty and the store page shows no price as of 2026-11-01. It was created at 23:42 on 31 October, two minutes before the game's most recent update, which suggests it is a fresh addition rather than a permanently free pass.
What "leucistic" and "melanistic" mean
These are real biological terms, and Broodwing uses them literally: leucistic birds have reduced pigmentation and come out white or pale, melanistic birds have excess pigmentation and come out dark or black. The pass names tell you exactly what you are buying - a colour variant of a bird you can already play.
What the passes do not do, according to every official description attached to them, is change stats. There is no damage bonus, no speed bonus and no growth shortcut listed anywhere in the six descriptions. If you are buying to play better, you are buying the wrong thing; if you are buying to look different and support the studio, the pricing is straightforward.
The one cross-game pass
The Leucistic Bald Eagle carries a description in capitals: "THIS GAMEPASS ALSO WORKS IN VILLAGE SURVIVAL". That is the only pass in the set with a cross-game note, and it points at Realistics Studios' other live game, Village Survival TESTING, which launched on 13 October 2026 and had 130,706 visits at the same snapshot.
That makes the 450 R$ eagle the best value in the store by a distance: it is the only purchase that gives you something in two games. The cross-game page covers what Village Survival is and what the shared pass means in practice.
Release rhythm
The passes were not all there at launch. Sorted by date, the store grew in four steps:
| Date | What appeared | Gap from launch |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-10-21 | Leucistic Bald Eagle | Launch day |
| 2026-10-24 | Melanistic Duck, Leucistic Duck | 3 days |
| 2026-10-28 | Melanistic Barn Owl, Leucistic Barn Owl | 7 days |
| 2026-10-31 | Black Swan | 10 days |
The pattern is one bird family per drop, in pairs, with the eagle as the launch anchor. Ducks first, then owls, then swans - which is roughly the order of body size in the game, and probably the order the developers built the models.
How to buy a pass
Passes are bought from the game page on Roblox or from the in-game store. Two practical notes:
- Buy on the game page, not from a third-party link. The official pass list lives on
roblox.comunder the game's store tab; anything else asking for your Robux is a scam. The safety page covers the common versions. - Check what your bird already is. If you are playing a bald eagle and want the white one, the 450 R$ pass is the only route. If you are playing a duck and want a colour change, 250 R$ gets you there - the cheapest cosmetic in the game.
Do you need any of them?
No. The free birds play the same loop: hatch, eat, fly, nest, raise chicks. Every pass in the table changes what your bird looks like, and one of them follows you into a second game.
The honest way to decide is to play a session first and see which bird you keep wanting to be. If you spend the whole session as a barn owl, the 350 R$ owl variants are aimed at you. If you want the biggest silhouette in the valley, the eagle is the one. The best bird page compares them by price and role rather than by invented stats.
The numbers behind this page
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Passes in the store | 6 |
| Passes with a listed price | 5 |
| Cheapest pass | 250 R$ (either duck) |
| Most expensive pass | 450 R$ (Leucistic Bald Eagle) |
| Total for all priced passes | 1,650 R$ |
| Passes with a cross-game unlock | 1 |
| Store checked | 2026-11-01 |
The arithmetic for that 1,650 R$ total, and what it costs in dollars, is on the prices in Robux page. The birds themselves, including which ones are free, are on the bird roster.
